An hour of CrossFit is a lot

I stopped my CrossFit workout after an hour. I was exhausted. I did five sets of three reps at 185 lbs. of front squats. Then I did four (not five as Rx’d) sets of 20 push ups, 20 double unders (sub 100 singles), and 20 sit ups. It was a brute.

I met a woman who does these workouts every day, sometimes twice a day. Insane. Her body must be used to it. I would just die.
