Dragging through my workout….

I forced myself to do another CrossFit workout tonight. So, hey, the good news is I met my goal for the week: to at least attempt two workouts a week. They bad news is I just dragged through some endless chipper. I finally just quit because I had no hope of actually finishing the thing. It was an endless series of assignments, any one of which would break a normal person. Good times.
