I finished a CrossFit workout. Barely…

Today’s CrossFit workout was sets of five strict overhead presses (I maxed out at 115 lbs.) and then “Fran”, which I scaled down to 21, 15, 9 thrusters at 65 lbs. and strict pull ups of 11, 7, and 4. It was kind of lame scaled back like it was, but I really struggled to get through to the end. Sometimes, you just have to be happy with what your body can do.
