A new CrossFit 12.1 personal record!
I reached back in the oldies but goodies section of CrossFit for a “CrossFit 12.1” workout. This one consists of as many strict burpees as possible to a 6 inch above your reach target in seven minutes. Last time? 52. This time? 70! That’s a huge improvement! This is the second personal record in burpee workouts I have had this month. By golly, maybe I am getting in better shape….
