“Karen”

I did “Karen”, a CrossFit named workout. I just wanted to finish it, and I did not want to beat myself endlessly about my slow time, so I just did not time myself. There you go. Problem solved. I did the first set of 20, then the rest in tens. It was brutal. I struggled to finish it with a 15 lb. medicine ball.
