Today I tackled a particularly difficult “named” CrossFit benchmark workout: Cindy. That workout consists of as many rounds as possible of 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, and 155 air squats in twenty minutes. I did 7 and a third rounds. My personal record is eight, so, hey, not bad. I have done two workouts in four days, so, again, not bad so far this year….
