Taking it easy on “Nancy”
I did a very scaled back version of “Nancy”, the CrossFit named workout. I did three rounds of 65 lb. overhead squats with 400 meter runs in 10:32. I really feel old. I recover slowly, I tire easily. My strength is low. I wish I could work out more, but my work days just wipe me out. I am even struggling to read small print now. I am definitely getting older.
