Getting back in shape is hard, but necessary

I am at the age where some of my friends are getting sick. One of my good friends had a heart attack recently. It just shows the necessity of working out, particularly at my age.

I did four rounds of ten front squats all the way down with 135 pounds on the bar, followed by 400 meter sprints for the breaks. I did them in fourteen minutes.
