Partial workouts count…

Ok, I did my second CrossFit 661 workout in a row. This one was a beast. Three rounds of sled drags, loaded with 90 lbs, then 20 push ups, then 200 meter Farmer’s Carry, with 53 lb kettle bells. The sled drags and Farmer’s Carry were the worst. After two rounds, I called it quits. If I am going to do a third workout tomorrow, I can’t just push myself to the absolute limit.
