How crazy am I?

June 1, 2013

First off, I have nine children, including nineteen month old triplets. So there is a lot of noise in my house anyway. But I also love music. And I love to play music. And I want my children to share that love. So, as long time readers of my blog know, my sons Tyler and Tayler wanted to play instruments. So I got them a cello and viola, respectively. They have now discovered other, much louder and more manly instruments: the saxophone and trumpet. Since they wanted to change, I got them those.

Now, in addition to the crying, yelling, and TV, my sons wander the house blasting away on their new and “very cool” and “very loud” instruments. “Hey, Dad, watch, I can make this thing sound just like a fart!”

Good job, son, sounds great! They are asking to get a drum set and a tuba. I kid you not.
