Thanksgiving feast of music

November 23, 2012

Yesterday we had a bunch of relatives and friends over for Thanksgiving. It was impressive how much musical talent our family has. Joseph played the recorder. Tyler played the cello. Michael played electric guitar. James and Jacob played acoustic guitar. I played percussion. It was an evening of DIY entertainment. How many families in Bakersfield had that experience yesterday?

I am telling you, if I could somehow get it together, we would have an awesome family band.

  2. It was an very thankful thanksgiving. Having all our loved ones here to share it. And the common bond of not only love but everyone’s love of music. As the babies were just in awe over everyone. Even hitting on their little drums as well to be involved. They loved playing with their bigger cousin. Pushing him on the cars, and playing gonna get you. Everyone had a great time.
