CrossFit WOD

I did the CrossFit Mainsite WOD today, since it didn’t look that hard. For once, it actually wasn’t. It was three rounds of 5 GHD situps, 10 push ups, and half a mile run, for time. (This is the pack scaled version.) I finished it in 17:39.
