I ran four 400 meter sprints with 90 second rests in: 1:50, 1:41, 1:47, 1:46. I was consciously trying to hold back on the first one and pace myself a little on the second in order to have a closer spread of times. I did keep them all within ten seconds. Also, my cardio seemed better this time, although I did go a lot slower at the beginning. But hey, I try to cherish every positive sign I can get.
