CrossFit WOD killer

Today’s CrossFit workout of the day was 75 reps of thrusters at 95 lbs. (Scaled to pack.) Wow, this one was just super-difficult. I really had to fight just to not quit. I finished it in 17:08. I will be hurting for days. (I just realized that my math was off. I accidentally did the full workout, as rx’d, at a 100 thrusters. I just got into it and forgot to scale. Wow. No wonder that sucked.)
