Me cooking polenta

I cooked polenta this morning and served it with a tomato and ground pork sauce. It was very creamy and good, and a nice contrast with the rustic pork sauce.
It was kind of a pain to make. The steam was burning me and I was getting splattered with hot polenta at one point. Thankfully, my pot cooked it more quickly than normal and I only had to stir for half an hour. My right shoulder got a huge workout.
