“Tumlinson” scaled

I did a scaled down “Tumlinson”: four rounds of 11 burpees holding two 50 lb dumbells, with one minute rests. Since I was at the Body Xchange gym, I had to make do with what they have. I went through pretty steadily, with just the slightest pause at number seven on the last round. I wasn’t able to time it, since their clock is not useful for that purpose and I didn’t bring my phone. Oh well, it takes some of my self-imposed pressure off.
