Dumbbell snatches and burpees

I signed up for Body Exchange, a local gym chain, so I could get a workout in if I have down time during the day. I broke in my new membership with two sets of 11 75 lb one-handed dumbell snatches with 10 burpee breaks. I stopped at two because I was struggling. I had to take pauses every so often. Maybe it was being surrounded by mirrors and huge buffed out guys, but I felt very old, fat and slow.
