“Michael”

December 4, 2011

I redid this Hero workout. It is run a half mile, 35 sit-ups (I use the GHD machine), 35 back extensions, for 3 rounds. I was accompanied by my nine year old son, Tyler, who scaled it to 10 sit ups and back extensions.

Because we were doing it together, I left it untimed. I did the sit ups and back extensions in sets of 25 and 10 instead of 15, 10 and 10. But I did get more breaks due to Tyler working in.

Way to go , Tyler! I saw you and your dad taking a jog when I dropped by to pick up Erica. You are developing a strong body. You will be a fine athlete some day. Keep up the good work.

I’m very proud of you both. You are a great daddy honey. The boys have been blessed. Coming from a background of what they have till now is a world of difference. You have made a great impact on their lives. Just think of that any time you down about business… You are molding little people that someday will be good big people. That shows a lot about ones character. Children often reflect the environment they in. Love you guys.

    • It is a pleasure to share my workouts with Tyler. I look forward to making it a routine.
